The task of building an intellectual video monitoring system for the sea space of the Arctic region based on unmanned aerial vehicles is being solved. The relevance of the development of transport, logistics, technical, production and mining processes in the Arctic region is confirmed. An analysis of various probable threats and emergencies is made, the prevention of which is feasible with the use of an intelligent video monitoring system. The relevance of the use of monitoring systems using unmanned aerial vehicles is substantiated. A review of existing intelligent monitoring systems in various application sectors is made. A review of existing methods of protecting the transmission of information over wireless channels is made. The task is set and the purpose of the research is determined, which is to develop an intelligent video monitoring system for the maritime space of the Arctic region based on unmanned aerial vehicles, taking into account the wireless secure transmission of information on the stm32 microcontroller family. An integrated intelligent video monitoring method is being developed using the Sobel and Keny filter. A protocol is being developed to ensure the protection of information transmission over wireless communication channels based on stm32 microcontrollers. The development of a crypto protocol, a scheme for transmitting and receiving data from a test packet with a server is underway. The development prospects of the developed intelligent video monitoring system are determined.
