The authors identify the main challenges and threats to the national and international psychological security in Latin America, caused by the malicious use of artificial intelligence. The analyzed information about the use of AI by criminal actors, as well as by subjects of psychological warfare in the region, suggests a significant increase in such practices in the near future.
