The paper presents a model of medical and psychological support for patients with multiple sclerosis, based on a personalized approach that involves the development of an individual route with the selection of specific programs and methods of psychological intervention. At the heart of each program and method is a specific psychotherapeutic method, the kind of psychological training, or the method of psychosocial intervention, conducted in individual, group or family form by one or more specialists. The differentiated and coordinated work of specialists within the framework of this model allows most fully take into account the specificity of the clinical condition of the patient with MS, the peculiarities of his psychosocial status and clinical and psychological profile, tasks and expected results in each of the four stages of medical and psychological support.
