In this paper, the simulation of the values of the field electron emission current was carried out using the integral representation of the Fowler-Nordheim equation (FN). The investigated dependence of the signal of the field electron emission by means of the FN transformations is transformed into a linear one. The problem of estimating the parameters of the model with the using of a quadratic functional for the linearized dependence of the current strength on the voltage is formulated and solved. Instrument for studying the current-voltage characteristic was the methods of regression analysis. The possible influence of measurement errors on the response of the system for the cases of single and multiple current indications is analyzed. It is shown that the transition to FN coordinates makes it possible to obtain good estimates for the investigated parameters.
