Awareness of crisis management, which is facing our society, led to the fact that the management of waste from a minor problem has become a central issue ofpolitical debate. On the face of a growing willingness to consider waste and their clusters as a source of opportunities and look for solutions in the broader view, encompassing and resource management, and quality control of the environment, and recultivation of disturbed areas, and urban regeneration.
