Recently, the population of the whole world very often hears the word "Sanctions", which is directly connected with the Russian Federation, and exactly with its military actions in Ukraine, and personifies the foreign policy of the Western countries of the world. The decisive role in the preparation and imposition of the sanctions was played by the so-called fourth "Information" message of the a thorities, through which anti-Russian sentiments were lobbied. The result of a comprehensive information war carried out by the media of Western countries was the globalization of sanctions and their spread to all spheres of life of society and the state. To date, the quantitative indicators of the sanctions packages have reached re ord levels. Consequently, not one of the currently existing countries has experienced a similar level of sanctions pressure.
