This study investigated gender and sexual identity and their interrelations with the characteristics of the formation of the cognitive, emotional and behavioral components of consciousness. The results suggest that trans and cis male do not differ in the characteristics of risky sexual behavior but, transgender male have a specific structure of self-concept and a lower, compared to cis male, the level of global self-attitude. Gay and bisexual individuals have a higher level of self-incrimination, are distinguished by the peculiarities of self-image in comparison with heterosexual individuals.
