The study presents the results of adaptation of the “Psychological Capital” questionnaire by A. Bakker on the Russian language sample (N = 1143). A direct and back translation of the English version of the questionnaire was done. The internal consistency of the items of the questionnaire was checked. “Job Crafting” and “Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES)” were used as a control techniques for checking the construct validity of the questionnaire. The adapted version of the questionnaire “Psychological Capital” is presented in the Appendix.
