We treat in the article the toolkit and political-communicative practices, which are currently used by Russian non-system opposition to influence public opinion in order to promote their candidates for elections at all levels and *in countering corruption*. The paper describes main trends of sociodynamics of political communications in Russia. Weaknesses in the discourse of extra-system opposition are revealed.
