This paper presents political relations between Russia and Mongolia in the early 19th century when the countries became strategic partners. An important component of the strategic partnership is the creation of the joint efforts of the common space of external security and a common economic space in Central and East Asia. Particular attention devoting to the relations between Russia, Mongolia and China.
