The concept offorensic scientific knowledge of a crime event is determined by the precise setting of the goal and objectives of its study as a criminal phenomenon of reality that occurred in the past time period, and the logical justification of the strategy of its research. The use of retrospective simulation as a universal method for cognition a crime as event by creating three levels of models: conceptual (conceptual), informational (descriptive) and logical (factorial) allows you to structure the list of event components of a criminal phenomenon as an integral and unified object of knowledge, to describe the concepts of system elements of the structure and to identify and analyze a multilevel system of internal and external relationships that determine the regular processes of its development and trace formation
