It covers a number of aspects that affect the assessment of the success of the social engineering attacking
impact, in particular the use of resources available to the attacker. A new approach to assessing the security of a critical
document, which the user has access to from social engineering attacks, is proposed. A model of an attacker's social
engineering attack against a user is developed in order to gain access to a critical document, taking into account the
document’s criticality, resources, and a number of other factors.
