The article analyzes the phenomenon of network diplomacy in the modern system of international relations. The authors identified the main approaches to understanding this phenomenon and basic characteristics and tools. In the framework of the work, the Eurasian Economic Union was examined from the point of view of the network structure, on the one hand, as an international organization of regional economic integration, on the other, as an element of network alliances.
