The coronavirus pandemic has demonstrated an insufficient level of tourism professionals' qualification to quickly adapt to the changeable travel conditions. Rapid mechanization and development of IT technology implies imminent changes in services related to the realization of a tourism product. The article discusses the strategy for the future training of personnel in the tourism sector after the pandemic, taking into account the necessary skills that competitive graduates should have in the new realities, and the analysis of promising professions in this industry.
