The article is devoted to the anniversary of the journal “Arbitration court”. The author highlights the achievements, successes and failures of the editorial Board. The liberal orientation of ideology, which is formed by the editorial Board,is emphasized. The role of the journal in opposition to the extremely conservative views on the legal nature of arbitration is noted.
