The article deals with the influence of Russian non-profit organizations on the system of interstate interaction, determines the reasons for the priority of Russian NGOs for the Russian Federation in the modern system of intergovernmental dialogue, in conjunction with a comparative analysis of Russian NGOs, taking into account the administrative and executive structure, form and methods of operation, as well as the thematic component.
