Economical and political conditions in the country form the external environment of activity of the companies and actually partially cause the strategy of their development, form industry structure of the companies and territorial placement that finally considerably defines quality of life of the population. Respectively at macroeconomic researches estimation of conditions of activity of the companies of the concrete countries, identification and forecasting of top trends, classification from these positions of national economies is represented relevant. However in the macroeconomic analysis there is a need of accounting of excessively large number of factors and trends therefore often results of such researches are ambiguous. On the basis of the retrospective analysis of the official reporting activity of the largest companies of Russia and the world in a section of separate indicators is considered. In the created selection 37 private companies of the non-financial sector holding the top places of world and Russian Forbes ratings of 2017 in the revenue size which reporting information is provided in the information and analytical system "Bloomberg Professional" were presented. A research objective is not the analysis of a state and development of the concrete companies or their comparison for a row of years, and identification of more global factors for estimation of usefulness of a situation in these or those countries for business. Therefore for adoption of management decisions there is a need to statistically generalize arrays of reporting information of the companies of a certain look or the sector of economy of each country and then to compare it. The technique of estimation of a situation in the country from a preference position is offered business on the basis of rating of the companies on various indicators. The corresponding country aspects are analysed, conclusions are drawn on representation of the states in world economy. Features of use of the standard economic indicators are given in rating researches and recommendations are formulated. The offered technique and a set of the used indicators allows to estimate adequately features of country accessory of the largest companies. The trend of the accelerated development of many Russian companies, comparability of rates of their growth to the companies of the USA is revealed, it is predicted that the place of Russia in the world rankings will improve along with improvement of quality of life of the population.
