The article discusses the essence of information technologies and their implementation, digitalization and the digital economy. The authors described the system of financial information institutes and the structure of users (consumers) of financial information, and offer a model of industrial capital turnover on the basis of information capital. The process of formation of the common informational space with unified developed institutes of financial information should be recognized as the starting point of integrational and investment processes in EEU.
