The article provides a definition of the concept of “public diplomacy”. The analysis focuses on the activities of Russian agents of public diplomacy operating within the framework of the RCSC in Egypt, Tunisia and Morocco. The article evaluates the effectiveness of the agents ‘ activities aimed at cultivating the Russian identity abroad.
