The environmental rights of citizens and the obligations of society and the state in the sphere of protection of rights, using and protection of the environment are reflected in the Constitution of the Russian Federation and, of course, there are the basic elements of environmental law. Environmental law, as a regulator of social relations in the field of environmental protection, aims to ensure the realization of the rights of individuals to live in a favorable environment. This article discusses the features of environmental justice as a factor affecting the lack of environmental rights of citizens. Taking into account that constitutionally enshrined environmental rights, of course, there are the most important for all mankind. Therefore, their welfare must be given due consideration.
