Chatbots in medicine are a rapidly developing and in-demand area of applied development. However, there is a problem with the applicability of AI and NLP technologies in the context of bot-patient interaction. This is due to the fact that in the medical field it is very important to adhere to a certain precise dialogue strategy. This article is the attempt to reflect the scenarios of such dialogues.
