The article examines problems of governmental public relations in Russia with institutional analysis approach. According to thesurveys, governmental institutions and agencies in Russia have significant differences in trust and support with central and executiveauthorities having the most of the attention of the public. The authorclaims that such system already leads to the major problems at thelevel of local authorities and for the jurisdictional and representativebranches of power.
