The article s devoted to the role of judicial practice in the regulation of social-labour relations. Аuthor specifies that acts of judicial interpretation are in legal circulation in the form of judicial acts, which, when unified the uniform cases forming the jurisprudence. Jurisprudence is not a source of law, however, it has a regulating effect on the participants of social and labor relations.
