The article considers the possibility of using analytical tools in the work of a conflictologist. Practical task of conflict resolution is to identify the technologies of conflict management. Decision-making is one of the functions of management and its result. To choose the best solution to the problem underlying the conflict, we propose methods for analyzing hierarchies and analytical networks of Thomas Saaty and their software implementation. The proposed methods of decision support can become an effective tool in the work of a conflict analyst.
