The research carried out by V. Talimonchik(Dr. Hab. in Law), assistant professor at the International Law faculty at theSt.-Petersburg State University, is aimed at revealing the content of the arbitrage eligibility concept supported by the WOIP Center for Arbitrage and Intermediation using the WOIP Arbitrage Rules effective since June 1, 2014. The criteria for arbitrageeligibility of arbitrage disputes on intellectual property ruled by the WOIP Arbitrage Rules are significantly different from those setin national legal systems, causing potential problems for recognition and executionof the decisions made by the WOIP Center for Arbitrage and Intermediation.
