N2 - The expansion of globalization has an impact on the current state of international relations, how states shape their agenda. The implementation of foreign policy in such conditions requires the search for new strategies and development of appropriate tools. They must ensure the fulfillment of tasks in the field of national interests. Soft power as a phenomenon is a complex system, thanks to which the state is able to secure a worthy place on the world stage. Such system is an important aspect of the country's foreign policy. It allows the state to achieve satisfaction of its national interests. A huge number of factors affect success of soft power. State governments use soft power, reinforcing their international prestige and foreign policy image.
