N2 - Today, sepsis remains one of the significant problems in the world of medicine. The high incidence of development and mortality determines this pathology as one of the most dangerous complications. The problems of early diagnosis and selection of optimal treatment tactics remain the most relevant in the treatment of sepsis. The presence of a large number of different definitions and classifications also aggravates early diagnosis. This article presents the treatment tactics for an injured woman with a craniomaxillofacial trauma resulting from a fall from a height, complicated by sepsis, with a positive outcome. © СС Коллектив авторов, 2025
