This article describes the physical and chemical properties of the soil samples collected on the solid waste landfill site in Yanino-1. Fractional analysis, dry ashing and CNH analysis were conducted. Components of various origins were identified; pH, electrical conductivity and soils’ buffer capacity were determined. Biological testing was performed to determine the soil toxicity. The macro and micro component composition of samples was assessed by the X-ray fluorescence analysis. The technogenic particles composition was determined using a microprobe.
