The ten-year experience of the Normal Anatomy Department of the Military Medical Academy named after S.M. Kirov for the prevention of abuse of unhealthy habits and innovative technologies for promoting a healthy lifestyle is summarized. Their basis is the demonstration of natural anatomical preparations of the norm and pronounced pathological changes in them when exposed to unhealthy habits. This technology has proven its high efficiency and contributes to the formation of a conscious need to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
