The regenerative medicine is a perspective approach for treatment of various diseases. Methods of correction of gynecological disorders using stem cell therapy are in progress. Asherman's syndrome is characterized by intrauterine adhesions due to endometrium damage caused by repeated or aggressive curettages after delivery and in post-abortion period. This pathology leads to pregnancy loss, infertility and disturbance of placentation. The main tactic for Asherman's syndrome treatment is surgical dissection with subsequent hormonal therapy, but in some cases, it is ineffective. This review describes advances in stem cell application for Asherman's syndrome treatment.
