Based on field recordings of modern Russian-Belarusian border dialects (Nevelsky district of the Pskov region and Khislavichi district of the Smolensk region), the article attempts to establish a list of relevant dialect differences that can be quantitatively analyzed in recordings of spontaneous dialect speech and as a result to create language profiles of dialect speakers.
