Background. The study of the effectiveness of the rehabilitation course in the sensory-dynamic
hall “House of Owl” was made. We used the method “Sovopraktika” in the groups of children with the
diagnosis postural disorders and cerebral palsy was carried out.
Aim. Research aim: to compare the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs in groups with the
inclusion of standard medical physical training classes and the classes in the sensory-dynamic room/ The
research was made using the questionnaire for the parents, indicators of physical development of the child
and diagnostics of sensorimotor integration (ability to solve the tasks, consistent to the levels of
movements of Bernstein N.A.).
Materials and methods. Rehabilitation programs in groups with the inclusion of standard
exercise therapy classes and classes in the sensory-dynamic hall of the Owl House
Results. As the result, there was the difference between the group of the physical training (control
group) and the experimental groups: the effectiveness of the rehabilitation program (due to the tests) was
higher in the rehabilitation group in the sensory-dynamic room.
Conclusion. The conclusion was made about the necessity of continuing the study and of the
including the sessions in the “House of Owl” in the children’s rehabilitation programs.
