The article is dedicated to the theoretical analysis of the prospects of the development of civic community in the contemporary tendency of globalization and globalizm. The differentiation of concepts “globalization” and “globalizm” is conducted. The basic reasons for integration processes in the contemporary human society are explained. The specific special features of formation and the developments of civic community, produced by the tendencies of globalization and globalizm are investigated.
