The structure of providing animal protein in agriculture is considered. The task of increasing the efficiency of animal husbandry is set. The system of ordinary differential equations equivalent to the balance model is studied. A method of solution based on the construction of program management for the balance equation of livestock industries is proposed. The conclusion about the necessity to reduce the number of pigs in favor of cattle, horses, sheep and goats ismade.
