The research is conducted with the help of video fixation of curling players' moves biomechanical properties during “sweeping”. Instantaneous exertion values are registered and their numeric parameters are calculated using the original TASS device (strength abilities trainer-analyst). Hand grip force applied to a comfortably sized handle in a starting position of handling the brush was measured onto 9 skilled curling players aged from 12 to 17. Then, maximum and mean values of upper and lower hand exertion during sweeping, exertion development and fading rates, strength asymmetry level and variance of listed measures were estimated. Model and experiment based results are compared.
