Purpose. To demonstrate a rare hemorrhagic form of genital scleroatrophic lichen (GSAL). Materials and methods. The author presents his own two clinical observations of hemorrhagic GSAL. Results. Anamnesis, features of clinical picture and dynamics of skin manifestations under the prescribed therapy in male and female patients with hemorrhagic GSAL were analyzed. Conclusion. The presented cases demonstrate that GSAL hemorrhagic form can exist as a separate form, in contrast to the opinion of some authors who consider such manifestations to be only manifestations of the bullous hemorrhagic form. The author draws attention to a rapid regression of clinical manifestations under topical therapy with glucocorticosteroids and gentle care of the affected skin. Such form may be triggered by both drugs that affect the blood clotting system and skin damage in GSAL foci.
