This article is devoted to the study of the recently appeared "third" sex or "new" sex with regard to their gender identity at the language level. Transgender people have become an integral part of our live, and they want to defend their rights on a par with men and women, including at the language level. The processes taking place in these language communities as a result of the geopolitical and social changes of the modern era have not been fully studied either from the historical or from the sociolinguistic point of view.
