Increase in suicides among the youngest in various countries and regions is registered. A modern understanding of
adolescents’ suicides is based on neurobiological concept of stress-vulnerability, which expresses itself under social stressors. The
postmodern society is bearing many features that enhance subjectively experienced stress, thus growing role of postmodernism
may explain rise of suicides.
