The article reveals the essence of the social sphere and highlights its components. An overview of the concepts to the definition of social conflict and its classification is made. The types of social conflicts and methods of dealing with them in social organizations are also considered. Examples of working with conflicts for each of the groups of methods are given: forecasting, prevention, and alertness.
