A method of the synthesis of the optimal control of dynamic systems described by the Lotka-Volterra model in the neighborhood of a singular point is considered. The class of piecewise constant functions is used as the optimal control resource consumption. The problem of calculation of control stages switching moments is reduced to the problem of mathematical programming with linear functional and two nonlinear equations-restrictions with respect to switching moments of control stages and parameter of a target trajectory. The numerical method of sequential linear programming is used to calculate the switching moments and the reference parameter. Relevant examples of calculations are presented in the tables.
