In the article, the forecasting of a company's market share is presented on the basis of a marketing researches model - the market share attraction model, the experience of using this model is insufficiently accumulated in our country. The econometric theory for analyzing the general market share attraction model is revealed. It is proved that to obtain unbiased forecasts it is necessary to use methods of mathematical modeling.
