The issues of modeling sea waves. Due to the development of information technologies and the emergence of powerful computers, it became possible to model sea waves to achieve various goals, such as predicting natural disasters or modeling the influence of sea waves on a ship at sea. Also, such modeling helps to design shore structures, in accordance with the wave parameters predicted by the model. All of the above allows us to say that the simulation of excitement is of great interest in the modern world. The article presents various modeling methods that are currently used, their advantages and disadvantages, as well as comparisons with each other.
