A number of counted matters causing different or at times opposite legal experts views on legal right institution have been accumulated in legal science for centuries. More specifically, debates in legal science on the issue are connected with the reason of legal right genesis. The solution of the problem differs depending on this or that type of legal consciousness. The article presented reveals the author’s point of view.
