The article presents on the role of an interdisciplinary approach in the study of modern capitalism. It is associated with the ability to use scientific method of synthesis in the development of Marxist political economy. It is necessary to improve the discoverability of nature and prospects of contemporary global monopolistic capitalism in the midst of deploying a new industrial revolution.
