The article discusses the relationship between formal legal interpretation of business culture, psychological interpretation of the structure of entrepreneurial activity and the philosophical concept of spiritual freedom. The presented interdisciplinary study demonstrates the possibility of a new methodology in the scientific conceptualization of entrepreneurship.
