Distribution has long been a problem not only ethical, and economic and legal, but also logical and metaphysical one as well. Today, interest in this problem arises in connection with the understanding of the phenomenon of «sharing economy». The article attempts to show what a contemporary philosophical doctrine can be used as a framework for understanding such phenomena. It is possible that the reflections of Giorgio Agamben on «special being», compared with some of the theses of Walter Benjamin expressed in his Fate and Character, are most suitable for the role of such a framework.
