The article considers the formulation of the problem of evaluating methods of mathematical modeling in mediation. The role of mediation, as one of the alternative methods of conflict management, increase in the context of mass digitalization. The reliability and relevance of the digital information determines the success of the management process and the outcome of the conflict. The analytical function plays an important role in the arsenal of mediator support tools. The article is described method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) of Thomas L. Saaty for making a forecast of the development of the situation and substantiating the decisions made by the parties in mediation. The stages of AHP are an analysis and structuring of the problem, an exposition of subjective judgments, their presentation by means of significant numbers and a synthesis of the result. The method of pairwise comparison of elements of one level with each element of the upper level of the hierarchy in accordance with the relative scale of T. Saaty is the basis for determining the priorities of alternatives and choosing a mutually beneficial solution. The application of the AHP was demonstrated using the software implementation of Super Decisions on a specific example of a real estate dispute.
