The article shows current approaches to the information interaction of participants in civil trafficking. These approaches should be taken into account in the formation of the domestic doctrine of information responsibilities, the need for which is acute because of the low level of business culture of civil trafficking, as well as the legal enshrining in the basic principles of civil law the principle of good faith, with which the Act directly links the emergence of the responsibilities of information. The multifaceted characterization of information as an object of civic duties clearly adjusts to a balanced approach to the desirability of certain rules.
