The scientific psychological school of B.G. Ananyev had been developing between 1944 and 1965 and maintained a close connection with the psychological school of V.M. Bekhterev. Its distinctive features include an anthropological orientation and a comprehensive approach to studying the human being as a subject of consciousness and activity.
