The exchange of scientific information promotes the Humanities, natural Sciences, and technical knowledge among the internal and external public. Distortions and gaps in scientific communication negatively affect the transmission and reception of specialized information both within and outside the system. The formation of the structure of communication of scientific communities depends on an essential factor: the dialogue is carried out between subjects of a certain sphere of scientific knowledge or within a specific scientific institution. Subjects of scientific communication play a significant role in providing scientific information. The development of scientific ideas about reality takes place both inside and outside the scientific Corporation. Communication between members of scientific communities can be organized at the global, interstate and national levels, and locally, within a specific scientific organization. In this article, based on the method of generalization, methods of systematic and cogniti
